It's me from downstairs, Anita - let loose on the journal for the first time. Need to just clarify the situation as I am considerably younger than Karen and the reason I am the one meeting and greeting our customers in our shop is because Karen is too orange and scares people. See photo.

Well I see Anita has woken up and joined in the conversation - Orange! I'm not orange - I blame the photographer!!!! Well the Adam Binder parcel has arrived and I'm sending out parcels as fast as I can. The Mother and Baby Platypus is really lovely
